Just Released: Anna Dello Russo Takes A “Fashion Shower”

Fashion's favorite wild card Anna Dello Russo is taking on the world of electro-pop in a music video to promote her accessories collaboration with H&M. DJ Emiliano Pepe produced the song, and Alex Turvey directed the video for "Fashion Shower," in which ADR puts on boots and dances around in soft focus.
The full video's not available yet, but you can watch a preview ADR posted on her blog a few months back (below). H&M finally sent us the video, which celebrates the collection that goes on sale worldwide on October 4. Though we have witnessed ADR's eccentric moves before, this high-production, glossy performance is easily summed up: Exactly. Everything. We. Hoped.

The gold-dripped, latex-laden video is certainly anything but subtle, but that certainly takes a page from Anna's book. The most photographed street-style star in the world gives apt advice, encouraging us to work our nighttime looks in the day, wear coats as dresses, and never, ever wear an outfit more than once. And if you disagree? Well, (*in an Italian purr*) you need a fashion show-her.
In case you ever suspected that, maybe, under all those hats, the Italian street-style star and blogger extraordinaire was just a normal girl, well, this is proof otherwise. Immortal advice: "Fashion is always uncomfortable. When you get comfortable, you never get the look." Remember that, ladies.
