The hotel (you may know it from the dictionary as the definition of "cool") just started a blog in connection with their Miami location to celebrate upcoming National Yoga Month. Standard Moves is a simple concept, so far: all levels of yogic poses illustrated in the Internet's favorite medium. See the resident trainers bend and contort on the waterfront and in the studios, and get inspired to try a new pose or two in your own living room. Whether or not you ever find your way up to the Boom Boom Room or down to Miami Beach, we're guessing this blog is about to become, well, the standard of yoga practice.
