Homeland star Claire Danes looks every bit the femme fatale on the cover of GQ UK this month, effectively killing off that fledgling adolescent we remember from My So Called Life. Just do the math: add two raving red stilettos to one super hot high-slit, and our favorite tortured teenager equals ancient history.
Nevertheless, we when we turned to the cover story, things quickly went from all-grown-up to baby fever — in spite of recent natal developments (her first with hubby Hugh Dancy is on the way!) to the contrary, Danes gave the old "not right now" line in the interview. Always the actress! The native New Yorker also tackled the topic of her Big Apple days, long before Angela Chase's dealings with callous lunch ladies and Catalano-crushing. As it turns out, Danes did the downtown-tot thing to a tee — think loft-living, new-age parenting, and a childhood chumming with Lena Dunham! Who knew?
