Barely a week after news broke about Vera Wang's split from her husband of 23 years, the situation is heating up in a major way — and giving TomKat a run for their money as the summer's juiciest divorce. It seems that soon after Arthur Becker (otherwise known as Mr. Wang) left the couple's Beverly Hills pad, a new acquaintance moved in — none other than 27-year-old figure skater Evan Lysacek. That's right, Vera's new roomie is 36 years her junior.
Now, we're certainly jumping to conclusions here — one of the designer's pals has said that she is "enamored" with the athlete, but just not in a "romantic" way — but the cold, hard facts speak for themselves. The couple started a friendship way back when Wang designed some of Lysacek's skating costumes, and the two have since formed a bond over their mutual love of the sport. And, while we don't doubt that the queen of wedding gowns is having some serious personal issues over the breakdown of her own nuptials, we're definitely feeling the weird factor with this one.
