Is Justin Bieber Drunk Tweeting?

In a shocking turn of events, Canadian darling and all-around angel of purity, Justin Bieber, lost a little of the good boy sheen when he apparently got drunk and logged onto Twitter. The baby-faced musician tweeted nearly 30 times in a three-hour period early Sunday morning, imparting upon Beliebers such gems as "I am Paul Walker" (who knew?), and, our personal favorite, "Haha stupid prawn." He even admitted to a crush on Emma Stone (can't argue with that), and quoted Ludacris' elegant lyric "a lady in the street but...[a freak in the bed]."

The tweets are still up as of this a.m., and the parade of one-liners was supposedly just a "random twitter hour" but let's call a spade a spade. He even tweeted "it's 5 o'clock somewhere!"... and we're pretty sure he wasn't talking about tea time. What do you think? Was Biebs actually sloshed or just having a bit of fun?
