The World's Oldest Purse Is A Priceless Artifact; Also Gross

Archaeologists recently discovered the world's oldest handbag, buried in a grave dating somewhere between 2500 and 2200 BCE. So, we're thinking it's probably an early Alexander Wang or maybe a PS1 made of wooly mammoth hide? Wrong – it's covered in dog teeth. That's quite a way to scare prying hands away from your...erm...iPhone sculpted out of limestone? Coin purse full of dried mushrooms? Nevermind.

Call us crazy, but could this be the original It bag? (National Geographic).
