Getting Married In The Desert Was The Easiest Decision This Couple Had To Make

A '72 rusted-out Ford Bronco sits in the parking lot, and random Eames chairs around the property keep modern planters filled with cacti company. The 1952 Mojave Sands Motel was renovated in 2002, and all of its doors, windows, gates, and furniture were designed — and built — on site.

Each of the five rooms contains a record player and an assortment of albums for guests' listening pleasure. It was just the kind of rustic wedding site that Rachel and Travis wanted. Everything about the motel and its surrounding area lined up perfectly with their earthy aesthetic. And, when it came to the planning, they really couldn’t have picked a better team than Hello Gem! Events, which prides itself on being a one-stop wedding shop. Not only did the event-planning company coordinate the wedding, but it also acted as their florist, invitation designer, and makeup and hair team! Check out Rachel and Travis' charmingly rustic and super-cool wedding in the select shots ahead.
