Resort show season is one of the more nebulous of events on the fashion calendar, with shows spanning nearly two months, and each designer interpreting just how a woman breaks up the winter doldrums (Sailing in São Paulo? Sunning in Savannah?). While most of the looks are warm-weather friendly, there never usually are pervasive trends like during the spring and fall shows.
