Tell us about GOODNESS. Where did the idea stem from, and what's your biggest goal for the pop-up?
"GOODNESS is a pop-up restaurant with a different chef and different menu everyday. We try to source and showcase food from local food puveyors and local farms as much as possible. GOODNESS was an idea I had while I was traveling for work, because I never had time to go try the new restaurants on the scene. GOODNESS brings all of the culinary greats under one roof.

My goal right now is just to make each one special and wonderful for everyone involved, especially the chefs who come on board. This Fashion Week, we have Mario Batali, Leo Forneas, Alain Allegretti, and Julian Medina."
